Queer Hang Space
The Goal.
LYFS believes that all LGBTQ+ youth and young adults deserve to feel safe, welcome, and heard. Our youth deserve to have a confidential place to come and be surrounded by peers and adult supports where they can openly discuss their strengths and struggles.
We have a Queer Gear Closet with gender affirming clothes that youth are welcome to explore and take.
Our Partners.
LYFS is partnering with LexPride and First Parish in Lexington to host our Queer Hang Space. Our space is open to Lexington and surrounding teens/young adults. This space is for youth to come participate in fun activities while connecting with each other.
